Lesson Flow is designed to be a private tool for teachers. Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud account — we never have access to it.

Lesson Flow is designed to be a private tool for teachers. All data you enter into the App, such as your timetable, lessons, and planning notes, is stored locally on your device and synced securely using Apple's iCloud service.

Lesson Flow uses "Sign in with Apple" as the sole method of authentication to ensure the highest level of privacy and security. When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple handles the authentication process.

No third-party analytics software to track your usage
No Crash Reporting
No crash reporting frameworks that collect device data
No Advertisements
No advertisements or ad-tracking networks of any kind

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not store your data on our servers, data retention is entirely in your control. You can delete your data at any time by:

Deleting the data directly within the Lesson Flow app
Managing your iCloud storage settings on your Apple device
Uninstalling the App from your device

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Because Coastal Bytes does not hold your personal data, any requests regarding the data stored in your Lesson Flow app should be managed directly through your device and Apple account settings.
